PassFlag does not sell personal information
PassFlag does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is therefore no sale or targeted-advertising opt-out to apply to your account at this time.
Access, correction, deletion, and copies
Depending on where you live, you may ask us to confirm whether we process your personal information and request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy. You may also have the right to appeal a decision about your request.
Email a privacy requestInclude the email address associated with your account and the type of request. Do not send your password or sensitive inspection details by email. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Organization-managed records
If your employer or another organization provided your account, it controls its PassFlag workspace and records. Start with your organization administrator for requests involving membership details, equipment, Deck assignments, or inspection history. We will support the organization as required by its agreement and applicable law.
Public and shared Decks
Personal Deck owners can choose private, unlisted, or public visibility. Change a Deck to private to remove it from public discovery and disable access intended for public sharing. Copies already saved by another user remain in that user’s library as separate records.
Browser-only data
Guest samples, browser-created Decks, equipment details, submitted sample results, and unfinished drafts can be stored only on your device. Use PassFlag’s reset and discard controls where available, or clear site data in your browser. See the Cookie Policy for details.
Authorized agents and appeals
Where applicable law permits, an authorized agent may submit a request for you. We may ask for proof of authorization and direct identity verification. To appeal a denied request, reply to our decision with “Privacy appeal” in the subject line and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.
Browser privacy signals
PassFlag does not currently process personal information in a way that requires a sale or targeted-advertising opt-out signal. If those practices change, we will implement legally required browser-signal support before beginning that processing.
